With a CTU’s polical legs director Stacy Davis-Gates, Head of the Black Caucus Brandon Johnson , and Chicago area student Brian Stirgus on board this debate came “alive.” The topic: “Is Racism Behind Chicago School Closings,” was explored from all angles. This panel knew the arguments “for” and “against” the closings and they all very articulately stated why they were against.
