Chicago Sources
Chicago Sources are provided through the Workshop's Community News Project. The Community News Project was created to produce briefing papers to help reporters visiting the 1996 Democratic National Convention better understand our city. To access our assessment click here.
The briefs below are new additions and updates of papers created at the start of the Project. The brief entitled "Suburban Life Opens Doors for New Immigrants," was made possible by a grant from the Fund for Immigrants and Refugees of the Donors Forum of Chicago. Updates of additional papers were supported by the Woods Fund of Chicago, Chicago Community Trust, BankOne, and the Joyce Foundation.
