DEMOCRATIC VOLUNTEER MEDIA CORPS.
The DVMC is composed of over 500 writers, mostly in the Chicago Land area. We continue highlighting flawed media coverage when we believe it appropriate. We also address the current administration's use of deception through the use of Orwellian language. "The art of using language that means the opposite of what it says, i.e. they call their policy the "Clear Skies Initiative, yet it should be called The Dirty SkiesInitiative". We contact all major media outlets through the use of op-ed pieces, essays and letters to the editor and have had our works published in all major newspapers and magazines.
