Echo Dogs White Shepherd Rescue
Echo Dogs White Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-proifit organization that rescues neglected and or abused dogs, and dogs from death row in shelters, rehabilitates them to the best of our ability in foster care, and then places them in new, loving homes. EDWSR covers most of the US and some areas in Canada with the help of a network of volunteers, an email list, and a web page of available dogs.

Trained, caring volunteers help frail, homebound elders (65+) in northern Lake County IL remain healthy and independent through friendly visits, grocery shopping, and escorted transportation to medical appointments, home safety checks and safety item installation. Membership in a congregation is not required to volunteer or to receive services. Services provided at no charge; free-will offering accepted at any time.

Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago
The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago is the only comprehensive social service organization serving people with epilepsy in metropolitan Chicago. Created in 1946 as a grassroots effort in Illinois to develop resources for people with epilepsy, the Foundation serves 43 counties in northeastern and central Illinois, and is dedicated to the prevention, cure, control, and public understanding of epilepsy and seizure disorders.
